The renewable coal “BioCoal” is considered carbon neutral and relatively SOx free to burn. Utilizing renewable resources to produce fuels (“biofuels”) is advantageous from the perspectives of the environment, process integration and economics. BioProducts has received an exclusive license of these technologies from UofL.
